Everyone at Basingstoke Bison is saddened to learn of the passing of Harry Robinson, a long-time and much-loved fan.

Harry was a familiar face at the rink for many years and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

John Neville, former Basingstoke Bison Owner, said "Everyone associated with the Basingstoke Bison, past and present, is so sorry to hear the sad news of Harry's passing. Harry was an amazing friend, not only to the club but also to myself. Without the support he brought in the early years through the Wella sponsorship, the Bison would not be where they are today. We would like to pass on our condolences to Andrew and the family, and may he rest in peace with his beloved Merv."

Danny Kimber, speaking on behalf of the Basingstoke Bison Board of Directors, added, "Harry's support for the Basingstoke Bison over so many years was incredible. He was respected and appreciated by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, and his passion for the Bison will always be remembered. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Andrew, the family and Harry's friends during this incredibly difficult time."

Our thoughts are with Harry's family and friends at this difficult time.
